When trying to download I am told that the server is busy.

We are currently experience a high demand for downloads. Please try again in a few minutes.

I am downloading PhotoScore but have just received an email with download instructions. Am I downloading the correct file?

Please keep this email safe. This email contains your invoice and instructions on how you may re-download the installation file at a later date should the need arise.

My computer crashed and I have lost my Neuratron software. How can I download my application?

Upon purchasing your Neuratron product you will have received an email providing you with instructions for downloading the installation file. If you do not have this you can also download the installation file by visiting our upgrade page.

Here, enter your details as requested ensuring that you select the free upgrade for your version of PhotoScore. For example, PhotoScore Professional 3.xx to PhotoScore Professional 3.10. Note, if you opt for postal delivery you will be charged a carriage fee.

I am having problems downloading the file from your site.

Currently, our site does not work with software aids or accelerators. Please disable these before attempting to download. If you are still having problems, delete the partially downloaded file and also delete your temporary internet files (In Internet Explorer, select 'Tools'->'Internet Options...' and under the 'General' tab select the 'Delete files' in the 'Temporary Internet files' box) before attempting the download again.
