I am told my upgrade request can not be processed despite having entered my details correctly.

Ensure you are registered with us at our registration page.

If you are registered and are still unable to upgrade, contact our help department.

I have purchased PhotoScore Professional after 1st June, 2005 and would like my free upgrade to version 4.

Here, enter your details ensuring you tick the offer check-box in step 1. You will then be asked to email us proof of the date of purchase of your PhotoScore Professional product. Upon receipt of this we will send you instructions for obtaining your free upgrade.

I would like to upgrade my PhotoScore MIDI Lite/PhotoScore Lite.

Unfortunately, there is no upgrade path from these products. Please visit our order page for prices.
